The wear-resistant ceramic construction is made of 92 alumina powder or 95 alumina powder and sintering aids, granulated by a granulator, then dry pressed into a block under a dry press and matching molds, and fired in a high temperature kiln at 1700 degrees. Made of white corundum wear-resistant ceramics. It is mainly used in industrial equipment such as power plants, cement, mines, etc., to protect the equipment from being worn, so as to achieve a longer service life of the equipment and reduce the loss caused by shutdown and maintenance.

Characteristics of alumina wear-resistant ceramics:

1. High hardness

Its Rockwell hardness is above HRA90 and its Mohs hardness reaches level 9, which is second only to diamond and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant alloy steel and ordinary wear-resistant steel.

2. Lightweight

Its density is 3.6g/cm3 or more, which is only half that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load. At the same time, due to the low friction coefficient, it is beneficial to the stability and energy saving of the system.

3. Excellent wear resistance

Its wear resistance is equivalent to 300 times that of carbon steel and 100 times that of bimetal surfacing wear-resistant steel plates. After years of field application testing by our company, under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be prolonged by more than ten times, and its wear is very low. , After the slag mill uses wear-resistant ceramics, its annual wear rate is less than 10%.

4. Strong bonding, good heat resistance

Wear-resistant ceramics are pasted on the inner wall of the equipment with heat-resistant superglue. It can run for a long time without aging at 285℃, and can be operated at a high temperature of 720℃ for a long time by welding and fixing. Its heat resistance and bonding strength are far ahead of the international indicators. At the same time, the wear-resistant ceramics that are welded by studs are almost non-existent. Fall off.

5. Easy to install and cost-effective

After the metal is polished and sandblasted, it is installed by special ceramic glue or welding.
