Alumina filling balls use alumina ultra-fine powder as the main raw material, and are made by advanced molding technology and high-temperature tunnel and road kiln firing. Alumina filler balls have the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, low water absorption, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, good thermal shock performance, and stable chemical properties.

It is mainly used in petroleum and chemical industries as tower packing balls and catalyst carriers. It is used in the high temperature, high pressure and corrosive working environment of the petrochemical industry. It is ideal for reformers, reactors and packed towers in the general petroleum and chemical industries. The fillers used in petrochemical plants, chemical fiber plants, alkylbenzene plants, ethylene plants, natural gas plants and other hydrofining units, catalytic reforming units, isomerization units, demethylation units, etc. are used as underfill materials.
