Alumina ceramic wear-resistant tile ​can be used in magnetic separator cylinder equipment

The main component of the wear-resistant tile/lining is alumina, without any magnetism, and has the irreplaceable superior performance of other wear-resistant metal materials. The wear-resistant ceramic brick is super hard and wear-resistant, the hardness of the wear-resistant ceramic is HRA≥85, and the high can reach HRA92. Its particle erosion resistance is more than 10 times that of domestic wear-resistant rubber and more than 3 times that of imported rubber. 

 

As the wear-resistant ceramic tile has good surface characteristics, it can effectively improve the separation efficiency of powder and the grade of refined powder. Using high-strength non-magnetic adhesive, the bonding strength of the wear-resistant ceramic and the metal cylinder can reach a shear strength of more than 3oMPa, and the toughness is better, which can adapt to various temperature changes and vibration conditions. 

 

Alumina ceramic wear-resistant tile can not only be used in magnetic separator cylinder equipment that requires non-magnetic properties, and can be used to replace wear-resistant rubber wear-resistant layers on the surface of austenitic stainless steel, but also can be used on various severely worn beneficiation equipment, including various Kinds of chutes, pipes, etc.
